Custom Sticker & Print FAQs
What is the difference between standard-size and custom-size stickers?
Standard-size stickers use common preset dimensions for the fastest ordering experience. Custom-size stickers let you enter the exact finished width and height you need, up to the online size limits shown on the product page.
What artwork files do you accept?
Vector PDF, AI, EPS and SVG files are preferred when available. We also accept PNG, JPG and TIFF artwork. For raster files, send the highest-resolution version you have at the intended print size.
Does my artwork need to be print-ready?
No. Send the best file you have. We review artwork before production and will contact you if we see a resolution, sizing, bleed, contour-cut or other file issue that could affect the finished print.
What does die cut mean?
Die-cut or contour-cut stickers are cut around the shape of your supplied artwork rather than being limited to a square or rectangle.
What is the difference between gloss and matte laminate?
Gloss laminate has a shinier appearance and tends to make colors feel more vivid. Matte laminate reduces glare and gives the sticker a softer, lower-sheen finish. Both are protective finishing options.
How long does sticker production take?
Standard custom sticker orders normally require approximately 2–4 business days of production after we receive usable artwork and any required artwork approval is complete. Specialty, large-format and unusually large-quantity projects may require additional production time.
Are shipping speed and production time the same?
No. Shipping services shown at checkout refer to carrier transit after the order has been produced and is ready to ship. Selecting faster shipping does not automatically shorten production time.
Can I return custom stickers?
Because our printed products are made to order, custom orders are generally final sale for customer-supplied artwork errors, incorrect dimensions or quantities, or a change of mind. If RhinoPrintsStickers.com makes a verified production error or there is a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery or pickup with your order number and clear photos. Our normal remedy is to reprint or replace the affected product.
What if my sticker is larger than the online size range?
Use our Upload Artwork page to request a custom quote. That page is also the best route for specialty decals, vehicle wrap graphics, wall graphics, window graphics, commercial graphics and other large-format projects.
Can I order different quantities?
Yes. Available quantities are shown directly on each sticker product page, and higher quantities automatically show the corresponding order price and per-sticker cost.
How do I contact RhinoPrints?
Email Shop@RhinoPrintsStickers.com or call 714-847-9274. For specialty projects, you can also use the Upload Artwork page to send project details and files.
