OVERVIEW
This website is operated by RhinoPrintsStickers.com. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RhinoPrintsStickers.com.
By visiting our website, submitting artwork, requesting a quote, placing an order, or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced on this website.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
RhinoPrintsStickers.com provides custom printing products and related services, including custom stickers, decals, printed vinyl, vehicle wrap graphics, wall graphics, window graphics, commercial graphics, and other large-format printed products.
Because many products are manufactured specifically for each customer, specifications such as dimensions, quantity, material, finish, artwork, color, and intended application may affect pricing and production.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe cannot be produced safely, legally, accurately, or according to our quality standards.
2. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK
By uploading, emailing, submitting, or otherwise providing artwork, photographs, logos, designs, trademarks, text, or other content to RhinoPrintsStickers.com, you represent that you own the content or have permission and legal authority to reproduce it.
You grant RhinoPrintsStickers.com permission to use, reproduce, resize, crop, convert, process, print, cut, laminate, and otherwise modify the submitted content as reasonably necessary to manufacture your order.
You remain responsible for the intellectual-property rights associated with the artwork you provide.
RhinoPrintsStickers.com is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, privacy, publicity, or other legal claims resulting from customer-supplied content.
We reserve the right to decline artwork or projects that we believe infringe another party’s rights, violate applicable law, or are otherwise inappropriate for production.
3. ARTWORK QUALITY AND FILE REVIEW
Customers should submit the highest-quality artwork available.
Vector files such as PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG are preferred when available. PNG, JPG, TIFF, and other raster formats may also be accepted.
We review customer files for obvious production concerns, including resolution, dimensions, bleed, contour cutting, and general printability. This review does not constitute professional proofreading, graphic design, trademark clearance, or legal review.
Customers remain responsible for verifying:
- spelling and grammar
- phone numbers and contact information
- dimensions
- quantities
- colors
- logos and artwork
- layout and design
- ownership or authorization to reproduce submitted content
If we identify a significant file issue that may affect production quality, we may contact you before beginning production.
4. PROOFS AND APPROVALS
Some orders may require a digital proof or additional customer approval before production.
When a proof is provided, production may not begin until approval is received.
By approving a proof, the customer accepts the displayed layout, spelling, dimensions, artwork placement, contour-cut path, and other visible design elements.
Errors contained in customer-approved artwork or proofs are not considered production defects.
5. COLOR VARIATION
Colors displayed on monitors, phones, tablets, and other electronic devices may differ from printed colors.
Printing equipment, material type, laminate, lighting conditions, ink characteristics, and color profiles may also create reasonable variations in appearance.
Unless a specific color-matching service has been expressly agreed to in writing, RhinoPrintsStickers.com does not guarantee an exact visual match to colors displayed on a screen or produced by another printer.
Minor color variation is not considered a manufacturing defect.
6. CUSTOM PRODUCT DIMENSIONS
Custom printed products may have small manufacturing tolerances resulting from printing, laminating, cutting, trimming, and finishing processes.
Finished dimensions may vary slightly from the dimensions ordered. Reasonable manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects.
7. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
Custom quotes are based on the specifications provided at the time of the quote. Changes to artwork, dimensions, quantity, materials, finishing, shipping, or other specifications may change the final price.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown where required.
An order is not considered accepted for production solely because payment has been submitted. We may contact you if additional information or corrections are required before production can begin.
If a pricing, product, technical, or website error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel and refund the affected order.
8. PRODUCTION TIME
Most standard custom sticker orders are normally produced within approximately 2–4 business days after usable artwork and required order information have been received.
This is an estimated production time and not a guaranteed completion date.
Large-format projects, specialty graphics, commercial projects, high-volume orders, artwork preparation, material availability, equipment maintenance, or unusual finishing requirements may require additional time.
If you have a firm deadline, contact us before ordering so we can determine whether the requested schedule is possible.
9. SHIPPING
Production time and shipping transit time are separate.
Shipping estimates displayed at checkout generally apply after an order has completed production and has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Purchasing UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or another expedited shipping service does not automatically expedite printing or production.
Free Standard Shipping, when offered, applies only according to the conditions displayed at checkout and does not make expedited carrier services free.
Carrier delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, transportation interruptions, address problems, or other circumstances outside our control.

10. LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup may be available at our Huntington Beach location.
Customers must wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready for pickup before arriving.
An order being paid does not necessarily mean that production has been completed.
11. CANCELLATIONS AND CUSTOM PRODUCT RETURNS
Because custom products are manufactured specifically for each customer, custom and personalized orders are generally final sale once production begins.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before production begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Once artwork has been approved or printing, cutting, laminating, finishing, or other production has begun, the order may no longer be changed or canceled.

12. PRODUCTION DEFECTS
We stand behind our workmanship.
If an order contains a verified manufacturing defect or an error caused by RhinoPrintsStickers.com, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide photographs and your order information.
After reviewing the issue, we may reprint or replace the affected product when appropriate.
Our responsibility for a verified production defect is generally limited to repair, reprint, replacement, or refund of the affected product at our discretion.
13. INSTALLATION AND APPLICATION
Unless professional installation has specifically been purchased from RhinoPrintsStickers.com, the customer is responsible for installation and application of the printed product.
Surface condition, cleanliness, temperature, contamination, paint condition, coatings, texture, installation technique, storage, and environmental conditions can affect adhesion and performance.
RhinoPrintsStickers.com is not responsible for damage, lifting, bubbling, wrinkling, tearing, adhesion failure, surface damage, paint damage, or other problems caused by improper installation, unsuitable surfaces, improper preparation, misuse, storage, removal, or conditions outside our control.
14. PRODUCT USE
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended application.
Descriptions and recommendations provided by RhinoPrintsStickers.com are intended as general guidance and do not guarantee suitability for every surface, environment, installation method, or use.
15. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, images, dimensions, and information on our website.
However, typographical errors, technical errors, outdated information, or omissions may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify products, change pricing, or cancel affected transactions when reasonably necessary.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, file-upload providers, and other applications.
We are not responsible for the independent operation, availability, terms, privacy practices, or performance of third-party providers.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RhinoPrintsStickers.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use, installation, removal, delay, loss, or inability to use our products or website.
For claims relating to a specific order, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold RhinoPrintsStickers.com and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from customer-supplied artwork, unauthorized use of intellectual property, violation of these Terms, or unlawful use of our products or services.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of California and the United States.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or transactions with RhinoPrintsStickers.com will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically.
The version posted on this website at the time of use or purchase will govern that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
