Shipping Policy
RhinoPrintsStickers.com produces custom printed products to order. Because many items require artwork review, printing, laminating, cutting, finishing, and quality control, production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Production Time
Most standard custom sticker orders are normally produced within 2–4 business days after we receive usable artwork and all required order information.
Specialty decals, large-format graphics, vehicle wrap prints, wall graphics, window graphics, commercial projects, high-volume orders, or projects requiring additional artwork preparation may require additional production time.
If a project has a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the requested timeline is possible.
Shipping Options
Available shipping methods and prices are shown at checkout based on the destination and order.
Current shipping options may include:

• UPS Ground
• UPS 3 Day Select
• UPS 2nd Day Air
Carrier-calculated UPS rates are based on the shipping destination and package information available at the time of checkout.
Expedited Shipping
Selecting UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or another expedited carrier service only reduces the carrier transit time after your order has finished production.
Expedited shipping does not automatically rush artwork review, printing, finishing, or production.
If you require rush production, please contact RhinoPrintsStickers.com before placing your order so we can determine whether expedited production is available.
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping is currently $8.99 for qualifying domestic orders.
Orders of $149 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping where available.
Free Standard Shipping does not apply to paid UPS expedited shipping services.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Huntington Beach, California.
Please wait until you receive a notification that your order is ready for pickup before arriving. Custom products may still be in production even if your order has already been placed or paid for.

Delivery Estimates
Any carrier transit times displayed at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin after the package is accepted by the carrier.
Carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be sent again.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been packaged and the shipping label has been created.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package and activate tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the affected products and contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
If a shipment appears lost, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next step with the carrier.
